RMI Education and Skills Strengthening Project

The Government of the Republic of Marshall Islands has received funding from the World Bank for the Education and Skills Strengthening Project (ESSP) expense. It intends to use part of the profits for consulting services.



The consulting services ("the Services") will help the Project Manager and the RMI National Training Council in carrying out the World Bank-funded project successfully.



The task will focus on supporting the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in creating a structure for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for TVET, aimed at assisting the College of the Marshall Islands and the RMI National Training Council evaluate and improve the abilities of workers through accredited college accreditation.



The in-depth Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment are indicated in the connected Terms of Reference (ToR).



The National Training Council now invites qualified people ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in supplying the Services. Interested Consultants should supply details demonstrating that they have the required credentials and appropriate experience to carry out the Services (connect a Cover Letter of no greater than four (4) pages resolving the compulsory experience and qualification requirements curriculum vitae with a description of experience in comparable projects, comparable conditions, etc). Companies' staff may express interest through the employing firm for the project.
