Everyone in a workspace has a role. Roles decide what they can see and change.
Send an invitation
- Go to Settings → Members.
- Enter their email and choose a role.
- They get an email with a link to join. It works once, and expires if they don’t use it.
Choosing a role
| Role | Good for |
|---|---|
| Owner | The person responsible for the workspace and its billing. |
| Admin | Running things day to day, including members. |
| Editor | Building pages, links and emails. |
| Analyst | Reading analytics and reports. |
| Viewer | Looking around without changing anything. |
You can change someone’s role, or remove them, from the same screen at any time.
