Your website's forms can send their answers to Weesify. Responses appear under the website's Forms tab and in Forms › Responses, and people who leave an email address become contacts.

Connect a form

Add data-weesify-form to the form and publish:

<form data-weesify-form="Contact">
  <input name="name" required>
  <input type="email" name="email" required>
  <textarea name="message"></textarea>
  <button type="submit">Send</button>
</form>

Weesify fills in where the form sends its answers when the page is served. Your file isn't changed.

Prefer a fixed address? Copy it from the Forms tab and use it as the form's action with method="post". Add a hidden field _form to name the form and _redirect to send people to a page on your website afterwards, like /thank-you.html.

Fields

  • Fields named email, name, phone and company fill in the contact.
  • Any other field is kept as it is, with a label made from its name.
  • File uploads work when File attachments is on (images, PDFs and documents, up to 3 files of 5 MB each).

Settings

  • Accept responses: switch the forms off and on.
  • Email me each response: sent to the workspace owner. Likely spam is never emailed.
  • After sending, go to: a page on your website, or Weesify's thank-you page.
  • Keep responses: delete responses automatically after 30 days to 2 years.
  • CSV: export responses at any time.

Spam protection

Weesify adds a hidden trap field and a timing check to your forms, limits how often one visitor can send, and scores every response. If a form is being abused, choose New address to stop the old one at once.
