Sometimes it’s quicker for us to look. We never enter a workspace without the owner’s permission.
How it works
- Support asks for access, and you’ll see a notice at the top of the app and in Settings → Support access.
- You choose what they can do and for how long, or decline.
- While they’re in, a bar shows it on every screen, and every action they take is in your activity log.
- You can end access at any time.
