Steps
- Open Console › Content OS › Video engine.
- Check that it says Ready: videos can be rendered as MP4. If not, choose Install video engine (Super Admin only) and wait a few minutes, then Check again.
- Look at Background worker. It should say ready. If it shows a problem, read How to fix it.
- Under Render & transcription queue, see what is pending, what failed and what is retrying.
- Under Render limits, set the highest resolution, the longest video per project and how many renders run at the same time. Keep the last one low on a small server.
Tips
- Check Scheduler running. The video jobs depend on it.
