The planner shows what is going out, when and on which channel. Drag a post to another day to move it. On a phone, press and hold the post first.
Steps
- Open Content › Planner.
- Choose a View: Month, Week, Agenda or Timeline.
- Check the Time zone. Times show in the zone you pick, and each post keeps the zone it was planned in.
- Use the + on any day to plan a post for that day, or choose New draft.
- Drag a post to another day to move it. Drafts without a date wait below the calendar, in the queue that is not on the calendar yet.
Plan a campaign
A campaign groups posts around one goal: a launch, an event, a course or a season.
- Choose New campaign.
- Enter a Name, for example "Ramadan revision course launch".
- Write a Brief: what the campaign is for, the key message and who it is for. The AI reads it when writing the campaign's posts.
- Set the Objective, then Starts and Ends dates.
- Under Promotes, choose An event, A course or A product if the campaign is about one, then pick which one.
- Choose Create campaign. It appears on the calendar as a bar you can follow day by day.
Conflicts, gaps and workload
- Conflicts: Weesify checks the last week and the next two months for posts too close together on one channel, days over your capacity, scheduled posts without a channel or over a character limit, and planned times that have passed.
- Gaps: upcoming days with nothing planned. Posting steadily matters more than posting a lot.
- Workload: set Posts per day you can handle and the planner warns you about busy days.
- Failed: when someone marks a post as not posted, it lands here with the reason so you can reschedule it in one step.
Tips
- Use Show to focus on All scheduled, Conflicted or Failed posts.
- Leave a comment on a campaign's posts and @mention a teammate to ask for help.
