Content OS is where your posts live from the first spark of an idea to the moment they go out. It brings your ideas, drafts, calendar, channels and results together, so nothing sits in a notes app or a chat thread.
What is in it

Steps
- Open Content › Content home in the sidebar.
- Under Your plan, follow the four steps: Describe your brand, Add your channels, Capture an idea and Write your first draft. Each one makes your drafts and calendar better.
- Use At a glance to see how many ideas are waiting, how many drafts are being written or are awaiting review, and what is scheduled in the next 7 days.
- Use Create to start a draft, plan a campaign or open Video Studio.
Tips
- Coming up shows the posts that have a date, so you always know what is next.
- You do not need AI to use Content OS. If AI writing is off for your workspace, Content home says so, and you can still write, plan and publish by hand.
- Press
/on a Content OS screen to search your content.
Troubleshooting
- "The Content OS isn't part of your plan": your current plan does not include it. Open Settings › Plan & billing to see your options. See Free trials.
- A screen is missing from the sidebar: ask a workspace owner or admin to check your role. See Team seats and roles.
