Refund an order yourself
- Go to Store › Orders and open the order.
- Choose Refund. The buyer gets their money back on the method they paid with and an email to say so.
When a buyer asks
Buyers can ask for a refund from their order page. You'll get an email and see the request on the order. Approve it and the refund goes through; decline it and the buyer is told.
What happens to fees
Weesify's commission on a refunded order is returned to you. Any affiliate commission on it is cancelled too. The provider's processing fee may not be returned, depending on the provider.
