Give one form its own header

By default a form uses your workspace's header. You can change it for just one form.

Steps

1. Open the form in Audience › Forms.
2. In the builder settings, find the header options.
3. Choose Same as workspace to keep the default, or change the organiser and the band for this form.
4. Save. Only this form changes.
