Your availability decides which times people can pick. Set it once and Weesify works out the free times for you, skipping anything already booked.

Set your weekly hours (appointments)

  1. Open Revenue › Bookings, then the Booking pages tab, and choose your page.
  2. Under When people can book, switch on each day you work and set the hours, for example 09:00 to 17:00.
  3. Choose a Length for each session.
  4. Choose how often to Offer a start every, for example every 30 minutes.
  5. Choose a Break after each booking, or None. This gives you time to reset between sessions.
  6. Set People per time. Use more than 1 for group sessions.

Limit how soon and how far ahead

  1. Minimum notice stops last-minute bookings. Options run from None to 1 week.
  2. How far ahead limits how far into the future people can book, from 1 week to 6 months.
  3. Under Days off, choose Add a day off for holidays or days you're away. Use Remove to take one away.

Set your time zone

  1. Pick your Time zone from the list.
  2. Your times are shown and saved in that zone. The page notes Times are in your chosen zone.

Dates for events

  1. For an Event page, use Add a date for each session.
  2. Set the Length (minutes) and Places per date. These apply to dates you add from now on, so existing dates keep their settings.
  3. Use Remove date to take a date away.

Tips

  • Check Next available times under What people see after every change. It shows exactly what bookers will be offered.
  • A break after each booking is useful for travel between in-person sessions or for writing notes.

Troubleshooting

  • "No times in the next two weeks": turn on at least one day, widen your hours, or lower the Minimum notice.
  • Times look an hour or more out: check the Time zone setting matches where you work.
  • A day you're free shows no times: check it isn't listed under Days off and is beyond the minimum notice.
