Good ideas arrive at odd moments: a question after a class, a lesson from the week, a link worth reacting to. The Ideas inbox keeps them until you are ready to write.
Steps
- Open Content › Ideas.
- Choose Capture idea.
- In The idea, write it in a line, for example "Ramadan prep for busy parents".
- Add Notes (angles, examples, who it is for), a Source link, a Pillar and Tags if you like. Tags are separated by commas.
- Choose a Brand if the idea belongs to one, then choose Add to inbox.
- When an idea is ready, choose Make draft. It becomes a post in the Studio with your notes and source attached.
Group ideas into collections
- Under Collections, choose New collection.
- Type a name and choose a Colour, then Add collection.
- Open an idea and put it in a collection. Ideas without one appear under Unsorted.
- Removing a collection never deletes its ideas. They stay in your inbox.
Board or grid
- Use Layout to switch between Board and Grid. On the board you can drag an idea between stages as you think it through.
- Use the Status filter to look at Inbox, Drafted or Archived ideas.
- Search covers ideas, notes, pillars and tags.
Get ideas from AI
- Choose Ideas with AI.
- Type a topic, pick a Brand, and choose Suggest ideas. The ideas use that brand's voice.
- Save the ones you like, or choose Save all. Choose Clear ideas to start again.
Tips
- Capture the question, not the answer. Questions people ask you make the best posts.
- Use pillars to keep your mix balanced. See Describe your brand's voice.
