Reviews keep mistakes out of public posts. A draft goes to a reviewer, who approves it or asks for changes.
Send a draft for review
- Open the draft in Content › Studio.
- Under Next step, choose a Reviewer, or leave it on Any approver.
- Add a Note for the reviewer if it helps.
- Choose Send for review. You will be notified when they respond.
You can also drag the card to Under review on the board.
Review a draft
- Open the draft from Drafts awaiting review on Content home, or from the Studio.
- Read it through. Check the per-platform versions too.
- Choose Approve, or write Review notes and choose Ask for changes. Notes are required when you ask for changes.
Dragging a card to Ready also approves it, if your role allows it.
Tips
- If you can approve your own work, Approve without review skips the wait.
- Scheduling a post approves it. See Schedule and publish a post.
- Use comments and @mentions on a post to settle small questions without sending it back.
Troubleshooting
- "Waiting for a reviewer": nobody has answered yet. Ask the reviewer, or pick someone else.
- You cannot approve: your role does not include approvals. Ask an owner or admin.
