Weesify is available in several languages, including English, Arabic, French, Malay and Spanish. Your choice applies to the dashboard and to the emails we send you.
Change the language of your dashboard
- Open your profile menu in the top bar and go to Account.
- Find Language & region.
- Pick a Language. The change applies straight away.
Change the language of the help centre or public pages
- Scroll to the footer of the page.
- Pick a language from the language menu.
- The address gets a language marker (for example
?lang=fr) so you can share the page in that language.
What changes and what doesn't
- Menus, buttons, messages and Weesify emails follow your language.
- Arabic switches the layout to right-to-left.
- Your own content, such as your page text, product names and emails to your audience, stays exactly as you wrote it. Visitors see your words, not a translation.
- Help articles appear in your language when a translation exists. Otherwise you see the English version.
Tips
- Each team member chooses their own language, so a team can work in several languages in the same workspace.
- Dates, numbers and currencies follow the language and region you pick.
Troubleshooting
- Some words are still in English: a few new screens may not be translated yet. Report it using Was this helpful? on any help article and we'll fix it.
