Security certificate (SSL) problems

Every connected domain gets a free security certificate so visitors see the padlock.

Steps

1. Open Settings › Domains. If you see HTTPS certificate not issued yet, the DNS must be correct first.
2. Check the records with My domain isn't connecting.
3. Remove any CAA record that blocks our certificate provider, or ask your provider to allow it.
4. Wait a little. Certificates are usually issued within an hour of the DNS being correct.

Tips

• Browsers cache warnings. Try a private window after the certificate is issued.
