Sometimes Weesify works on mobile data but not on a particular Wi-Fi network or internet provider. This is usually caused by the network's address lookup (DNS), not by your account.
Steps
- Try another connection, such as mobile data. If it works there, the issue is with the first network.
- Restart your router and device. This clears old lookups.
- Change your device's DNS to a public resolver, for example
1.1.1.1and1.0.0.1, or8.8.8.8and8.8.4.4. You'll find this in your device's network or Wi-Fi settings, or in the router settings. - Clear your browser cache, or open the page in a private window.
- If you're on a work, school or public network, ask its administrator whether the address is filtered.
Tips
- Some networks filter new or unfamiliar addresses automatically. A neutral request to the provider to review the address usually resolves it.
- If your visitors report this, your own domain can help. See Connect your own domain.
