Weesify

Weesify isn't loading on my network

What to try when Weesify or a page won't open on one network or internet provider.

Sometimes Weesify works on mobile data but not on a particular Wi-Fi network or internet provider. This is usually caused by the network's address lookup (DNS), not by your account.

Steps

  1. Try another connection, such as mobile data. If it works there, the issue is with the first network.
  2. Restart your router and device. This clears old lookups.
  3. Change your device's DNS to a public resolver, for example 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1, or 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. You'll find this in your device's network or Wi-Fi settings, or in the router settings.
  4. Clear your browser cache, or open the page in a private window.
  5. If you're on a work, school or public network, ask its administrator whether the address is filtered.

Tips

  • Some networks filter new or unfamiliar addresses automatically. A neutral request to the provider to review the address usually resolves it.
  • If your visitors report this, your own domain can help. See Connect your own domain.
