A booking page lets people pick a time that suits you both, pay if it's a paid session, and get a calendar invite and reminders. You share one link and your agenda fills itself.
Steps
- Open Revenue › Bookings. On your first visit choose Set up your first booking page. After that, use New booking page.
- Under What can people book?, choose a kind:
- Appointments: one-to-one or small-group time from your weekly hours, such as a "30-minute strategy call".
- Event: set dates with a limited number of places, such as a "Saturday print workshop".
- Give it a name and continue. The booking page opens as a draft.
- Under What it is, fill in the Name, One line about it, a Description and a Cover image.
- Under When people can book, set your hours, or for an event, use Add a date. See Set availability, buffers and time zones.
- Under Where, choose Online, In person or Phone call, then add the Meeting link, the Address, or How you'll call. These details are only shared with people once they've booked.
- Under Price, choose a Currency and a Price, or leave it empty for free.
- Under After they book, add a Message in their confirmation and change the Button text if you like.
- Check What people see and the Next available times, then choose Go live.
Tips
- Use Copy booking link to share the page anywhere, or add it to your bio page.
- For group sessions, set People per time to more than 1.
- Turn on Ask for a phone number if you call people, or want to send SMS reminders.
Troubleshooting
- "No times in the next two weeks": turn on some days in your weekly hours or reduce the Minimum notice.
- An event page shows no times: add a date to start taking bookings.
- You want to remove a page: open More and choose Delete. If it already has bookings, it's archived instead so the bookings are kept.
