When an account is connected, Weesify can publish to it at the scheduled time, bring its comments into your Inbox and show the network's own numbers in Insights. You sign in on the network itself, so Weesify never sees your password.
Steps
- Open Content › Accounts. Only workspace owners and admins can connect accounts.
- Find the network and choose Connect. If it shows Not set up yet, Weesify has not switched that network on yet. Your channels keep working with reminders until then.
- Sign in on the network and allow what it asks. The screen lists what the network will ask you to allow.
- Back in Weesify, choose the account you want to use. If none are found, make sure you allowed the Page or business account on the network.
- Switch on Post automatically for the channel.
What works where
Each network shows what it supports: Text, Photo, Carousel and Video. If a network cannot post something, or you reach its daily limit, Weesify reminds the assignee to post it instead.
Good to know
- Facebook and Instagram: connect an Instagram business or creator account that is linked to a Facebook Page.
- TikTok: before each post you choose who can see it and confirm TikTok's terms. Until TikTok approves Weesify, posts are private.
- X: X charges for every post made through its API. It only appears if Weesify's owner turned it on.
- Daily limits: the screen shows posts in the last 24 hours, for example "3 / 25 today".
Reconnect or disconnect
- Reconnect needed means the network stopped accepting the connection. Choose Reconnect.
- Disconnect deletes the saved tokens, and the channels go back to reminders.
Troubleshooting
- A network is missing: it has not been set up on your Weesify yet. See Set up social networks for your people.
- A post became a reminder: a daily limit was reached, or the network could not accept that kind of post.
