Choose an event page style

Pick a design direction like Spotlight for your event page and fine-tune colours and fonts.

2 min read · Updated 16 October 2026

Every event gets its own page. A design direction sets its look in one click: fonts, colours, hero layout and cards. Spotlight is the newest one, with a full-width photo hero, floating navigation and a glass stat card.

Steps

  1. When you create an event with the guided set-up, the Experience step has a Page style picker. Choose Spotlight, Editorial, Aurora, Noir, Minimal, Festival or Sunrise.
  2. To change the style later, open your event and choose Event page in the event menu.
  3. Open the Design tab. Under Design direction, pick a style. The live preview updates as you go. A Suggested badge marks the one that best fits your event type.
  4. More directions are available here, including Modern, Luxury, Corporate, Conference, Creative, Education, Community, Nonprofit, Faith & gathering, Workshop, Product launch, Dark premium, Media, Highly visual, Bold typography, Immersive, Summit and Garden party.
  5. Fine-tune it with Light & dark, Accent colour, Headings and the hero and card options. Each one defaults to As the direction.
  6. Changes save as a draft. Choose Publish website (or Publish changes) to make them live.

Tips

  • Spotlight works best with a strong, wide cover photo.
  • Use Reset to the direction to undo your colour and font tweaks.
  • On the Pages tab, add, hide or reorder sections, and turn on the sticky Get tickets bar for phones.

Troubleshooting

  • Visitors can't see the new design: you have unpublished changes. Choose Publish changes.
  • "The event itself isn't public yet": you can design and preview the page now. It goes live when the event is published.
