Your store sells digital products, services, donations, gift cards and paid questions. Each product has its own page and checkout, and you can put it on your bio page or storefront. Weesify doesn't currently offer physical products with shipping.
Steps
- Open Store and select New product.
- Enter a Name and choose a type: Digital product, Service, Donation, Gift card or Paid question.
- Choose a Currency and enter a Price. Leave the price empty to give the product away free. Then select Create product.
- In the product editor, fill in Basics: a One-line pitch, a Description, Highlights (shown as a checklist on the product and in checkout) and a Cover image.
- Under Pricing, you can add a Was (optional) price to show a reduction, or turn on Pay what you want so buyers choose the amount, with an optional Minimum.
- To sell versions of the same product, open Options and select Add option. Give it a name, for example "Format", and list the Choices, for example "PDF, Print-ready". Select Save options. Each combination can then have its own price, Was price, SKU and Stock. An empty price uses the Default price, and empty stock means unlimited.
- For a product without options, enter a number under Stock to limit how many can be sold, and set Warn me when stock falls to if you'd like an early alert.
- Select Save, then Publish when you're ready to sell. Unpublish takes it off sale again.
Check your stock
Open Store › Inventory to see how many of each product and option are left. Sales take stock away when they're paid, refunds put it back, and every change is kept. Use One more or One fewer to adjust a count, and History to see the latest changes.
Tips
- Options aren't available while Pay what you want is on. Turn it off first.
- If you remove a combination later, the ones you keep keep their prices and stock.
- Use More › Archive or Delete to retire a product. A product with sales is archived rather than deleted, so orders and downloads keep working.

Troubleshooting
- I can't add options: options depend on your plan. Products that already have options stay editable.
- "A whole number, or empty for unlimited": stock only accepts whole numbers. Clear the box for unlimited stock.
- The currency I want isn't listed: choose from the currencies shown. Only currencies offered on the platform appear.
