Refund and cancellation policy
This policy covers two different things: (A) your subscription to Weesify, and (B) purchases you make from creators who sell through Weesify.
Part A: Weesify subscriptions
1. Cancelling
1.1. You can cancel a paid plan at any time in your workspace under Settings › Billing. No phone call or email is needed.
1.2. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. It then moves to the free plan and your content stays in place (within the free plan's limits).
2. Free trials
2.1. Some plans come with a free trial. If a trial asks for a payment method, you will see before you start: the trial length, the date it ends, the price you will be charged afterwards and how to cancel. You must actively agree before the trial begins.
2.2. Where the law requires, we will remind you by email before the trial converts to a paid plan.
2.3. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
3. Refunds for subscriptions
3.1. Monthly plans: payments are not refundable for the current period, except where required by law or where section 3.4 applies.
3.2. Annual plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the first annual payment or of an annual renewal, we will refund that payment in full. After 14 days, annual payments are not refundable, but your plan stays active until the end of the year.
3.3. Consumers in the EU, UK and similar countries: you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. By starting to use paid features straight away you ask us to begin providing the service, and if you cancel within those 14 days we may deduct a proportionate amount for the time used.
3.4. We will always refund you if you were charged in error, charged twice, or if we materially fail to provide the Service you paid for.
3.5. To ask for a refund, email support@weesify.com from your account email with your invoice number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Downgrades and plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Part B: Buying from a creator on Weesify
5. The creator is responsible for refunds
5.1. When you buy a product, course, membership, booking or ticket from a creator, you are buying from that creator, not from Weesify. Their refund policy is shown on their checkout page and receipt, and it applies along with your legal rights as a consumer.
5.2. To ask for a refund, use the "Request a refund" link on your receipt, or contact the creator directly using the details on the receipt.
6. Weesify's dispute process
6.1. If the creator does not respond within 7 days, or you cannot reach an agreement, email support@weesify.com with your order number.
6.2. We will review the order and the evidence from both sides. Where we reasonably find that a refund is due (for example, the item was never delivered, a course or event did not take place, or the product was materially not as described), we may issue the refund on the creator's behalf.
6.3. Using our process does not affect your right to contact your bank or card issuer, or your statutory rights.
7. Events
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are refunded in full by the organiser. If an event is materially changed (date, venue or main act), you can ask for a refund if you cannot attend. Other refunds follow the organiser's policy.
8. Subscriptions you buy from creators
You can cancel a creator membership or subscription at any time from the link in your receipt or your member area. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
