Record meetings, with transcripts and AI summaries

Online appointments can use a Weesify meeting room: each confirmed booking gets its own private room, and guests join from their email in the browser with no app or account. You can record a meeting, and Weesify writes the transcript and an AI summary on its own server.

Use Weesify meeting rooms

1. Open your booking page and choose Scheduling rules.
2. Under Meeting room, choose Weesify meeting room.
3. Switch on Waiting room if you want to let each guest in yourself, and set Guests can join early (minutes).
4. Choose Save rules.
5. Open Revenue › Bookings and choose Meetings to see what's next. Choose Start meeting when it's time.

Turn recording on

1. In Meetings, find Recording.
2. Switch on Allow recording. It's off by default.
3. Choose how long to Keep recordings for. After that, the recording, transcript and summary are deleted.
4. Choose Save. Recordings storage shows how much of your plan's space you've used.

Record a meeting

1. In the meeting, the host chooses Record. Everyone in the room is told and sees a recording badge.
2. Keep the tab open while it records. The recording is made in the host's browser and saved to Weesify.
3. Choose Stop recording when you're done.

Read the transcript and summary

1. In Meetings, choose Review on the meeting.
2. Open Transcript to read who said what, or Recording to play it back.
3. Open AI Summary for the Highlights, Action items and Decisions. Check it before you share it.
4. Choose Copy summary, or Share with the guest so they can read it from their booking link.

Every meeting also has an Overview, your Notes and its Activity, even when it wasn't recorded.

Tips

• A one-hour meeting takes a few minutes to transcribe. The page updates by itself.
• Only team members who manage bookings and the meeting's host can open a recording. A guest only sees the summary, and only when you share it.
• Choose Delete recording to remove a recording, its transcript and summary at once.

Troubleshooting

• No Record button: recording is off for this workspace, or your plan has no recordings storage. Turn on Allow recording in Meetings.
• No AI summary: AI may be switched off. See Run AI on your own server.
• Meeting rooms say video isn't available: a Weesify admin needs to set up the media engine. See Weesify Meetings: install the media engine.
