When someone buys a digital product, Weesify delivers it for you. Buyers get files through private links tied to their order, or a link to something you host elsewhere, such as a private course, community or document.
Steps
- Open Store and select your product, or create one with New product › Digital product.
- Find the What they get section.
- To deliver files, select Add a file under Files and choose a file: PDF, ZIP, images, audio, video and more. You can add up to 10 files, up to 50 MB each.
- To deliver a link instead, or as well, paste it into Access link. It's shown only after payment.
- Optionally, write a Thank-you message for buyers.
- Select Save, then Publish.
What buyers see
After a paid order, buyers can download each file from their order using private, per-order links. Downloads only work while the order is paid. Each order has a download allowance: 50 downloads for a single product, more for orders with several products. If a buyer reaches it, they see "Download limit reached. Contact the seller."
Tips
- To update a file, use Replace next to it. Buyers download the current version.
- Removing a file with Remove file means past buyers lose access to it, so replace files rather than removing them where you can.
- Selling software? Add licence keys so every buyer gets their own key.
- Combine files with an access link, for example a workbook PDF plus a link to a private video.
Troubleshooting
- "Up to 10 files per product": combine files into a ZIP, or remove ones you no longer need.
- The upload fails: check the file is 50 MB or smaller.
- A buyer can't download: open the order in Store › Orders and check its status is Paid and that downloads haven't been switched off. Refunded orders lose download access. You can use Resend receipt to send them their links again.
- A buyer lost their email: see Find a lost order.
