Paid Weesify plans renew automatically so your pages, links and store keep running without a gap. You can always see the next renewal date and amount, and you can turn off auto-renew at any time.

Check your next renewal

  1. Go to Settings › Plan & billing › Overview.
  2. The plan card shows a badge such as Renews with the date.
  3. The Next payment card shows the amount and the date. If nothing renews, it says "Nothing due. You're not on a paid plan that renews."

Turn off auto-renew on an introductory term

  1. Go to Settings › Plan & billing › Seats or Discounts. While you're on an introductory price, a line at the top reads Intro price until a date and the amount it renews at per year.
  2. Choose Turn off auto-renew and confirm.
  3. The badge changes to Auto-renew off. Your plan stays active until the end of the term, then moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Stop a monthly or yearly plan from renewing

  1. On Settings › Plan & billing › Overview, choose Cancel or pause on your plan card.
  2. Pick a reason. For some reasons you're offered Pause instead?, which keeps everything and charges nothing for the months you choose.
  3. Choose Cancel plan. You keep your plan until the end of the period, then move to Free.
  4. Changed your mind? Choose Keep my plan on the plan card before the date.

Renewal reminders

  • When an introductory term is ending, the workspace owner gets an email 30 days and again 7 days before the end date: "Your introductory price ends on" the date, with the plan and the regular amount it renews at.
  • Each reminder is sent once. If you've already turned off auto-renew, no reminder is sent.
  • After each payment, the owner receives a receipt by email. See Invoices and receipts.

Tips

  • Reminders and receipts go to the workspace owner, in the owner's language. Make sure the owner's email is one that's read.
  • If a renewal payment fails, you see a Payment needed badge and a Pay now button on Plan & billing.
