Weesify

Terms of service

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms of service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Weesify ("Weesify", "we", "us"). They apply when you visit weesify.com, create an account, or use any Weesify product, including pages and bio links, short links and QR codes, forms, the store, courses, memberships, communities, bookings, events and tickets, email, automations, analytics and AI features (together, the "Service").

Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: the Privacy policy, Acceptable use policy, Cookie policy and, if you sell, the Creator and seller terms and Data processing addendum.

1. Who can use Weesify

1.1. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher, and able to form a binding contract.

1.2. If you use Weesify for a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that business or organisation.

1.3. You may not use Weesify if you are barred from doing so by law, if you are subject to sanctions, or if we have previously closed your account for breaking these Terms.

2. Your account

2.1. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

2.2. Keep your password and sign-in methods safe and turn on two-factor authentication where you can. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account and workspaces, including actions by team members you invite.

2.3. Tell us straight away at support@weesify.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Workspaces and team members

3.1. A workspace belongs to its owner. The owner decides who joins, what role they have and what happens to the workspace's content.

3.2. Team members must follow these Terms. The owner is responsible for their actions in the workspace.

4. Plans, billing and renewals

4.1. Some features are free and some need a paid plan. Plan features and prices are shown on our Pricing page and in your workspace.

4.2. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your workspace's billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

4.3. If we offer a free trial that needs a payment method, we will tell you before you start the trial when it ends and what you will be charged, and remind you before the first charge where required by law. You can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

4.4. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase, and we may collect VAT, GST or sales tax where the law requires.

4.5. We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4.6. Refunds for Weesify subscriptions are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.

4.7. If a payment fails we may retry it, reduce your workspace to the free plan, or suspend paid features until the balance is paid.

5. Selling on Weesify

If you sell products, services, courses, memberships, bookings or tickets through Weesify, the Creator and seller terms also apply. In short: you are the seller, you set your prices and policies, and you are responsible for what you sell, for refunds to your buyers and for your taxes. Weesify charges a platform fee on sales depending on your plan.

6. Your content

6.1. You own your content. "Your content" means everything you or your team upload, write or create in Weesify, including pages, media, products, courses, emails and audience data.

6.2. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, adapt (for example to resize images or translate interfaces) and distribute your content only as needed to run, secure and improve the Service and to show your content to the people you share it with. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time or where we must keep them by law.

6.3. You confirm that you have all the rights you need to your content and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

6.4. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it.

7. Your audience's data

When you collect personal data from your visitors, subscribers, buyers, students or members, you are the controller of that data and Weesify is your processor. Our Data processing addendum forms part of these Terms and applies automatically. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that data, for your own privacy notice, and for honouring your audience's rights.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable use policy. In particular, you must not use Weesify for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful or abusive, including phishing, malware, spam, scams, or selling prohibited goods.

9. AI features

9.1. Weesify includes AI features that generate text, images, suggestions and other output. Output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review it before you publish or rely on it; you are responsible for what you publish.

9.2. You must not use AI features to create content that breaks our Acceptable use policy, or to try to extract the underlying models or system instructions.

9.3. We do not use your private workspace content to train third-party AI models. Our AI providers process prompts only to return results to you, under contracts that forbid them from training on your data.

10. Custom domains, email sending and integrations

10.1. If you connect a domain, you confirm you control it. You are responsible for its registration and DNS.

10.2. Emails you send through Weesify must follow anti-spam laws (for example CAN-SPAM, PECR, CASL and the GDPR) and our sending rules. We may pause sending if bounce or complaint rates become harmful.

10.3. Third-party services you connect (payment providers, calendars, analytics, and others) are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

11. Our intellectual property

The Service, including our software, designs, templates, logos and the Weesify name, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except the right to use the Service as described here. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

12.1. We work hard to keep Weesify available and fast. Current status is shown on our Status page. We may carry out maintenance and will try to schedule it to limit disruption.

12.2. We improve the Service continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a material paid feature you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund.

13. Suspension and termination

13.1. By you. You can stop using Weesify and delete your account or workspace at any time in settings.

13.2. By us. We may suspend or close an account, workspace, page or product, or remove content, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the law, if you put other users, buyers or Weesify at risk, if a payment provider or authority requires it, or if your account has been inactive on the free plan for more than 24 months (after notice). Where appropriate and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.

13.3. After closure. You can export your content for 30 days after we close a paid account for a reason other than serious abuse, unless the law prevents it. After that we delete it as described in our Privacy policy.

13.4. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6.2 for backups, 11, 14, 15, 16 and 18) continue to apply.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet every requirement you have. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

15. Limitation of liability

15.1. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

15.2. Subject to 15.1, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

15.3. Subject to 15.1, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Weesify in that period and (b) 100 US dollars (or the equivalent in your currency).

16. Indemnity

If you use Weesify for business, you will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your products and services, your dealings with your buyers and audience, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For changes that materially affect your rights we will tell you at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app, and may ask you to accept them again. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the changes take effect. The date at the top shows when the Terms last changed.

18. Governing law and disputes

18.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Weesify's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

18.2. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact legal@weesify.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 60 days.

19. General

19.1. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.

19.2. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

19.3. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.

19.4. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over all or part of the Service, and will tell you if we do.

19.5. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

19.6. These Terms may be translated. If there is a conflict, the English version applies unless local law says otherwise.
